Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that large orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the package, the destination of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Parcel arrival times will vary depending on your location and the postage method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Magnetmymemories@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally, only within Australia.
