Returns & Refunds Policy 

At magnet my memories, we want you to love your custom photo magnets as much as we love making them. If something isn't right, we're here to help - and we'll always honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If your item has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we'll replace it as quickly as possible.

We're always happy to make things right.

Custom-Made Items

Every Magnet My Memories product is created for you using the photos you upload - which means we are unable to offer change of mind returns or refunds.

This includes situations where:

• The incorrect photo was uploaded
• The quality of the image is low
• You simply changed your mind

Please double check your order details before placing your order - we want everything to be perfect for you!

If Something Goes Wrong

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it so that we can rectify the issue promptly. To help us understand the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• A clear photo displaying the issue                                                                 
  

We'll take care of the rest - including covering the return or replacement shipping. 

Refund Timeframe

If a refund is the solution, we'll process it within 7 days. Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.
